- Comply with the established QHSE Management System Standards, including the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3).
- Identify and implement applicable laws, regulations, and other standards relevant to the company's business activities.
- Consistently identify, prevent, and control occupational health and safety risks, environmental pollution risks, quality non-conformities, business risks, security risks, and social risks.
- Support the implementation of "Green Industry" initiatives, including energy efficiency and conservation across all company activities.
- Involve all employees, from the highest to the lowest levels, in the implementation of the QHSE Management System.
- Strive to achieve customer satisfaction by delivering precise, environmentally friendly, and safe products and services.
- Provide the QHSE policy to employees, contractors, and guests.
- Periodically establish and review the company's QHSE policies and objectives.
- Consistently and continuously implement, maintain, and improve the QHSE Management System.
- Commit to continuously improving energy performance through the effective and efficient management of energy use and consumption across all company activities.
- Provide necessary information and resources, as well as support the procurement and design of products, facilities, equipment, and processes that consider improvements in quality, energy, environmental, and OHS performance.
